I have lost another 4 pounds as of this morning! Woooooooo hoooooooo! I know I won't continue at this pace for long, but it's wonderful while it's happening.
123.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 59.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
