Okay so I was at 293 on Saturday and I felt like it was a fluke maybe it was Sunday. I hesitate to mark it down in the app so I ended up doing it yesterday I weighed myself this morning and I'm now 289 and again I feel like that's a flute that's like a pound a day is that even possible I'm not taking a detox tea or anything like that or water pill. is it possible that my metabolism is just like an Overdrive?
131.3 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
