Slow and steady is a great way to lose, it really determines that you will probably not put the weight back on. Just saying, keep up your great work!

Admittedly, this observation is easy for me to say about another's slow pace, but my theory is that you are maintaining what you have already lost. "Steady" is superior to a "gain." Keep the faith!
