Have been eating very much on track. I am definitely adhering to the "not one bite" rule. I have been having coffee with cream in the mornings.

Feeling good!!
72.2 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
