Here I be still the same weight...it refuses to budge and I've been walking lots! Hmmm, but not giving up...Hope you all are doing good.

62.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg. Still to go: 0.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm stuck in a weight range of about 3 pounds and it just won't budge, so I know how you feel! We just have to stick to it.

I totally agree, Fritzy....The main thing is that we feel good and not give up when we do get discouraged...Sometimes I think it's just water retention as I eat a lot of salt!
