I'm down 6 pounds now in 2 weeks loosely following the diet. I find eating out at Wendy's getting a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and a small frosty for a meal seems to work pretty well. I still get foood I like and it isn't too many calories. Alternately I may swap the small frosty for a plain baked potato with margarine, salt and pepper. Wife wanted me to eat out at Applebee's one evening. Eating out at Applebees didn't do very well when I tried to get something for supper, salads were off the menu so I ordered a 3 cheese chicken penne. Bad choice way too many calories. Water as the only liquid seems to work best.
