Mostly had a good day but I ate twice the almonds I should eat and 2 bite size cheesecake. No more worries because I gave the cheese cake away yesterday. No more temptations. I lost 1 lb which has really boosted my motivation. I really am aiming to loose 2 lbs per week, soif I can achieve half of that I am still going in the right direction.
SOmetimes I fret too much and get obsessed with the weighing machine and will weigh myself evry hour. Shoot, I gupset myself when the scale does not shouw a different number.........
