Tetap makan enak porsinya sedikit. Nasi ga sampai satu centong nasi, udang asam manis dan tumis jagung kacang panjang dan sdkit sosis. Udah kenyang bnget.

Ga smpe 400 kalori. Skrang udh biasa makan nasi dikit paling 3-4 sendok makan aja

Early dinner. Skarang makan malamnya sblum magrib. Kmrin sih ga makan malam cuman hri ini ga papa deh dkit dikit ga smpe 400 kalori jga. Btw aku makan sisa makan siang dan malam aja klo pagi udah ga srapan palingan minum air perasan jeruk nipis.

Ternyata badan naik lagi satu kilo. Kesel bnget tpi udah mulai kontrol makan dan mulai olahraga juga. Mulai jogging skitar 45 mnit smpai satu jam. Dri smart watch sih skitar 200 kalori yg trbakar
