Today has been a cheat day for me
I allowed myself 2 slice of pizza from little caesars and my first pop in 5 days. The energy balls are a nice treat and very yummy. My body is adjusting well to the new diet and I have even noticed some dry skin on my face that i would have is gone and my face looks brighter.
Good luck to everyone on their weight loss goals.
Remember though if you gain some weight back it isnt bad because tomorrow always is a new day.

Well on the 16/8 diet I caved a little last night. Was a little light headed in the middle so I had 2 sugar free jellos to hold me over along with some more unsweetened tea. The SF jello cups are only 5 calories a piece. Fasting but having something like a couple small jello cups I think is still fair.

Im on the 16/8 diet where you eat the calories your gonna consume in 8 hours then fast on water/tea/coffee for the next 16.
Before I started this I tried one day to not eat much so I went with a PB and banana Sandwich for breakfast followed by drinking tea all day and eating watermelon since it is practically water. I made it until about the time i was out but i started to get a headache and caved in and went to McDonalds got a McDouble a McChicken and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie my headache went away and i was satisfied.
Day 1: Woke up and planned it out where I would do my 8 hours at work since i could time it perfect with my schedule. I let the dogs out and one of them got tangled so I was rushing out the door before i could make anything. I stopped at Wendys.
Day 1 Lunch: Large Chili with some crackers/Baked Potato with Cheese and a strip of Bacon. I drank Green Tea with Honey
Day 1 Dinner: Grilled Chicken(minus the bun and minus the lettuce since it is spring mix now) Still had the slice of tomato and honey mustard. I also had a side salad with ranch dressing. I drank Green Tea with Honey
Day 1 Total Calories: 1595
Day 2(Today): I went to the store on the end of day 1 and got food for work because it is easier to plan out meals then to go to the store on my way to work and decide what Im going to eat from there.
Day 2 Lunch: 6 oz Top Round Steak Medium with a touch of salt and a dollop of Garlic Herb butter on it. Green Beans on the side. Half of a Grapefruit. Sugar Free Jello Cup(Strawberry) and a Dannon Oikos Black Cherry Greek Yogurt cup. Unsweetened Pure Leaf Black Tea to drink.
Day 2 Dinner: Campbell's Healthy Request Chicken Noodle Microwave Soup Bowl with unsalted crackers. Dannon Triple Zero Oikos Peach Yogurt. 1 Banana. Half of a grapefruit. 1 Sugar Free Jello Cup(Orange). Unsweetened Pure Leaf Green Tea to drink.
Day 2 snack: A handful of unsalted crackers
Day 2 Calories: 1419.
