So i'm down a little over three pounds this week. I was hoping for a little more but I cheated a little bit this weekend so I guess I shouldn't be surprised!

I just sat through an hour and a half lunch meeting staring at a plate of my favourite cookies and I didn't touch them!!! I'm now enjoying a lovely Smart Ones lunch... so happy I didn't cave :)
