Probably the heaviest I have EVER been. I have been kicking it around, so yesterday I joined a gym. Its right around the corner from where I work, Its clean modern and not too expensive, and it keeps me out of the elements. I wanted to get a jump before the new years resolution crowds hit. Im nervous and exited. Bing really fit at one time I'm up in my head about starting over. The only way to start though, is to just start.HERE WE GO!!

OOF.
Lamb chops are huge in calories. Also very expensive and I made a ton of em for company. well, Im going to be hiking and swimming all weekend so ill burn some calories. also, since I picked back up logging I am moving downward in the weight department again. Nicely I might add.

Honesty time. I haven't felt like tracking because I don't want to write down what I'm eating. Simple right? Knowing it doesn't make it any better. I loved losing all of that weight those years back, but man I would be lying if I did not say it was a FULL TIME commitment for me in thought and deed. So getting back to that level of commitment in the midst of a much bigger / consuming job is TOUGH. I am struggling. Im gonna track the trash that I had for breakfast now. maybe the desired of affect of NOT WANTING to have to write this stuff down will kick in again.

Ridiculous. I am just not putting in the effort that I need to. A million excuses. too busy. too hot. air is always filled with damn forest fire smoke. Blah blah. A little pissed at myself as I know how to do this.

took an unintended break from tracking. Funny how the mindset changes. I did not eat horribly, but not great either. totally stuck at my current weight but not surprised.
Tracking is absolutely essential for me or I will blow it. No ifs and s or buts
I HAVE begun incorporating running into my walks and pushups every other day. My program is far from perfect but it is something and thankfully I am reasonably healthy
