I have been feeling depressed lately. I know 99.9% of it is due to being overweight and reflecting to my past skinnier days. Really looking for a boost. Any suggestions?

Really feeling fat. Knee is swelling, I have plantar fascitis in my right foot. Not sure how I'm going to lose it, but I really need to make more aggressive changes without killing myself with a p.t. or at the gym. I know this will be a long process. rb

Starting over with ADVOCare. My FS buddies, Chiffon and Gray have had a lot of success on this diet and I am so happy for them! I have joined the bandwagon and I'm going to see where it takes me. Hopefully, down the scales....LOL!

I was sick the day after Christmas with the stomach flu. I also have been suffering with a toothache, so I haven't felt up to chowing down much. I have been working on re-hydrating myself this week.
