Noni's birthday last night. Ate veggie appies,humous, roasted garlic, some sliced meats, CHEESE FONDUE with bread and veggies, Italian Zuccotto cake ...wine ... too much!
So ... gotta get back to good, healthy eating with small portions.

Whoo-hoo! Hard work is starting to pay off. I have to just keep on doing what I'm doing. Amazing how really limiting starch and dairy and portion sizes has such an effect.
