So, I created a new FS profile. I was trying to edit my historic weights on my other one and it really messed things up and I want an accurate chart. I love my little chart :)
My last recorded weight was Dec 22 and I weighed 143. Today I weighed 136, that's about 2 pounds a week loss. Being at this weight is scary for me because in the past, it's where I've always hit plateaus.
My current workouts look something like this:
Strength Training & Cardio- 3x a week
30 Day Shred- 3x a week
I alternate these days. My cardio consists of 20-30 minutes on the elliptical.
As for food... I've always ate pretty healthy but I have a hard time with portion control so I'm trying my best to measure foods out and eat light snacks to curb overeating.
