¡Saludos a todos!
Hoy me han dado ganas de escribir en el diario porque me siento muy feliz 🤩
Por curiosidad descubrí que un día 24 como hoy hace 7 meses comencé a cambiar mis hábitos alimenticios y a hacer ejercicio. Al comienzo solo tenia la intención de cambiar mis hábitos e iniciar otros nuevos, sin embargo ahora he bajado casi 20 kg. Poner en perspectiva todo lo que he logrado y el hecho de sentirme mucho mejor física y emocionalmente me han hecho ver que más que un cambio me hecho un bien a mi misma sobre todos porque ahora veo que no me cuesta ningún esfuerzo mantener estos hábitos.
