I am not doing so well today. I have been in bariatric since fall. I am just like a yo, yo- gain a few pounds,loose a few. I am so frustrated. There must a better way.I am willing to try anything to help me reach my goal.For starters, I do walk daily for twenty minutes or more. this is an accomplishment for me. I am very proud of that.This is a daily routine. Well, lets get started on my route to success.
