sebenernya diet itu gampangg, tinggal kurangin makan sama olahraga, yang susa menurut ku ituu nahan nafsu buat nyemil atau makan lebih nyaa, itu bener bener susa bgtt, apalagi di awal" diet, tapi kalo uda terbiasa jadi gampang kok, saran nih buat yg lagi diet tapi suka nyemil, cemilan nya bisa kalian ganti sama buah atau sayuran rebuss, ituu cemilan paling aman buat kalian yg lagi diettt, semangat yg lagi diet, kebetulan aku turun bb dari 92kg jadi 58kg ahahah, lumayan bgt turun 34 kg dalam setahun hehe
