okay so these past couple of days have been terrible. absolutely terrible. but today i'm get back onto the program. i think i should jot down how much i'd like to lose by which dates . . .
end of august (me and sebastian's trip to vegas): lose 2-3 inches off of everything, my goal weight being 170-175
end of september (my sister's bachelorette party, also in vegas): lose an added 1-2 inches, my goal weight being 165-170
middle of october (my sister's wedding): lose and added 1-2 inches, my goal weight being 160-165
are these realistic goals? if i lose 5-8 inches, i'll be about size 8/10. hmmm...

so yesterday i cheated and today i payed the consequences. i cheat everyday with little things, but yesterday my whole meal was a cheat (bean and cheese burrito and a chicken taco) and it was late at night. so i woke up feeling fine until i took my one a day with some water. i guess the water triggered something in my tummy because it started arguing with me. i felt very nauseous, very hungry and very icky. so i used the restroom, and that felt better. but then it came back! this time i just felt ridiculously starving. shaky starving. so i bit into a peach. aaaah much better. but i will NEVER do that to my body again. never!
oh and it looks like i lost a solid 8 lbs. woohoo!

wow! i've lost 5 lbs! WTF?! i won't ask questions, i'll just continue with this. i feel motivated and excited for the future.
here are my measurements:
bust: 39.5 . . . used to be: 41
waist: 33 . . . used to be: 34.5
bum: 43.5 . . . used to be: 45
arms: 12 . . . used to be: 12 (wawawaaaaahhh...)
thighs: 25.25 . . . used to be: 26
the thighs part is my favorite part because i have a really big but and thighs, and they're always the problem area in a pair of skinny jeans. and i love my skinny jeans.
anyway, i'm feeling pretty good about losing inches (or even fractions of inches). it's motivating.
hope you all are feeling motivated too!
