1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 grams baking powder
4 tbs oat flour
1 tbs oatmeal

Just had my 3 month weighing appointment with my coach and I have lost 3 kgs of muscle mass. 😭 The more I try to eat protein the worse my stomach gets, I am not vegan or vegetarian but protein sources are hard for me to consume because of my sensitivity to smell of meat/chicken. I need these muscles for skating, and more muscle loss is worse than anything that can happen to me. 😮💨 I simply started day feeling off, but today it is time for 1 hr cardio. 💪🏻👟✨
