Hi everyone is this working OK figured it out OK about a year ago I was waiting at the doctor it was in January and I weighed 295 pounds. That was very depressed.
About a month ago except on my scale. And it said 265 I thought my scale was wrong. I had to go to the doctors last week. Their scale said 265. So I asked the nurse if that was correct and she said. Yes, somehow I've lost 30 pounds in about a year. So I'm gonna keep on trying even smaller portions. Watching what I eat? My favorite drink is water. I haven't had a Pepsi since my husband passed may of 22.
So I tried to Pepsi last week and I thought it was disgusting. I used to love Pepsi. You know what coffee and water are my 2 favorite drinks now. Maybe once in a while, a glass of wine. So here I go, I'm gonna start all over agai. Know Christmas? Is gonna be hard so let's stay on the positive side.
