last couple day arent so bad, did wii fit on tuesday an was a little sore on wed :) today i didnt eat or drink anything no lie until dinner what with that? thats not like me @ all. i'm really felling good about this its been almost a week and i know i can do this. i'm not using all my points so im not sure if i need to eat larger meals or just cut down some points. eh again its only the first week. BUT ACCORDING TO THE SALE -2 POUNDS!!!! thas great news!!

i feel like today went by with little problem...like it was pretty easy. i know it was only 1 day but i feel good. i had 2 sm.pieces of banana bread a med coffee (had to have it!) salad for lunch and what was supposed to be chicken soup ( homemade ) but it turned out to be chicken chowder...yuck! all the noodle turned to mush in the slow cooker! thats where my problem came in....all i could see is my lovely hubby eating a yummy chicken club calzone... & i had chinese food on the brain once my soup didnt turn out. but i didnt fail day 1 :) (i didnt even touch my secret stash of chocolate @ work...wow im a true fat kid lol!!!)
all in all b+ for today.
