I have been mainly Keto for the better part of my weight management lifestyle I have really enjoyed this. the biggest deterrent I guess even though I am willing to sacrifice it is trying to get fiber while keeping a low carb threshold I only try to consume 10 carbohydrates in grams per day so that limits my vegetable intake quite drastically even things like cabbage tend to be too high I have found that green beans and cottage cheese for the amount that you can take in are worth the fiber they produce I heard good things about bok choy it seems like a superfood in terms of only like two carbohydrates and 100 G is there anything to the equivalent or any super nutritious low-carb options I'm missing outside of your typical American greens that everyone knows like broccoli or leafy greens like spinach!
