ugg....so slow! I am just happy it was down even though it is just 1/2 a lb. I don't know why things are moving so darn slow for me, extremely frustrating.

I'm bummed out! Totally stalled and I followed completely. In fact I ate so much less this week. What is most frustrating is that on EVERY diet this happens right at 150 and then I sit here for weeks with no progress...ultimately get frustrated and then fall off the wagon. Hopefully this week will be better.

Well....slow but at least it is still moving down! Lost 1" around the middle. Congrats to everyone looks like it was a good week!
