Pshhhht... who needs Crossfit, Bowflex, or any of that other nonsense? Put your Mamma in a wheelchair and take her for a 30 minute walk on a nature path. Up and down hills. Talk about total body workout. Every single muscle, from toes to head, and everything in between firing on all cylinders for a full 30 minutes.
