I know it's Tuesday, but was busy at work and wasn't able to get on the computer until tonight.

OK....my weekend was a bit off. My sister's birthday was Saturday. We went out to dinner Friday night with our parents. This was my first meal of the day and I think I did ok(I work nights so I get up at 2-3pm). I had oatmeal for "breakfast" so I wouldn't be starving by the time dinner time came. I ate just one piece of bread with olive oil at the table, had minestrone soup(cup not bowl) and only ate half of it...way to peppery. Then we got our salad trio..ate a few pieces of pasta salad, 4 cumber slices(marinated in italian dressing), and salad with a little italian dressing. Ordered rigatoni with vodka/marscapone sauce. I added shrimp to the pasta for some "meat". I ate about 1/3 of the huge portion that you get at italian restaurants. I figured the points in the recipe builder to be 8 for the pasta, soup 2, salads 4 total, bread 3, oil 2..19 points total. My wine was 3 points. I know, a lot of points in one meal. But this is pretty much what I ate all "day". Later that night at home I ate fruit, had a sandwich, and a low point dessert.

Saturday we went out to the bar. I again didn't get up until 1pm. Had Subway for lunch. I think I ate so so for dinner. Salad with a tiny bit(1tbsp) regular ranch dressing, club sandwich no bacon, 3 or 4 of the fries(don't like them much anyway), and a few breaded mushrooms with ranch. I had 4 rum and diets that night as well. Then for "breakfast" on the way home we went to Denny's. Here's where I think it went south. I ordered the appetizer sampler for y meal. I ate all 4 motz sticks, 1 of the chicken strips, and a few of the onion rings. I also had about 1/4 of the nacho fries my husband got. My total points for the day came to 52( I get 32 per day)! Still with in my weekly allowance though. But holy cow that's a lot for one day.

Sunday, my points total was 38. We went to a buffet and I did well! Ate a huge salad, had shrimp cocktail(no cocktail sauce), salmon, lots of cauliflower, and 1 piece of pizza. I had the frozen yogurt with fresh fruit for dessert and a small spoon of bread pudding.

I ended the weekend with 4 weekly points left. My points switch on Wednesdays. We will see what the scale says when I get up in the afternoon.

I have been very good on track the last 2 days.
