I haven't weighed, yet. But I've got a good feeling that the scale will read 148 something. The past few days have been real easy for me. Thursday I didn't break my fast until 6:10pm which meant I fasted over 24hrs =)
Then last night I broke around 5:30pm. I wasn't hungry but I knew i needed to eat. Im not sure how tonight is going to turn out. My husband & I are going out w/a few friends which means dinner and drinks. I should be okay. The beauty of this WOE is it allows me or anyone to move their eating window to accommodate an occasion such as this =)
SOOOO I will wait until 6pm or so to eat. That will give me to 11pm to wine & dine.

I LOVE FAST 5!!!! I knew I was going to see 149 this week. I need to stop obsessing over the calories & etc.

150lbs
I've been neglecting my journal, but not much change. Although I've noticed being a little more hungry than the norm. I'm still staying with in my meal window, but I came real close to eating past my window last night. I'm going to push my BF time out longer. I had my BF yesterday @2pm. I'm going to try to go to 3 or 4pm today. I don't want to go out too long, 'cause I have to be in bed early...got a 6am appointment.

Okay, this is the week I'm going to see 148lbs, lol. Well at least I'm hoping. I completely forgot about posting numbers for yesterday (Sunday). Oh well...it probably wasn't as bad as Saturday.
