Losing 0.0 kg a Week
01 February 2011
Since my foot has been hurt, I just kinda took some time off. I haven't actually weighed myself but I'm sure I at least gained a pound but not totally sure because I have really been trying to watch my food intake.
Hopefully I will be running/walking VERY soon because I am not happy about this!

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
28 January 2011
Well, haven't been able to exercise this week because of my foot having a stress fracture. I have really been watching my calorie intake because of it too so I don't screw up too bad.
I am not really into this right now but am still trying to stay on schedule. I do NOT want to gain anything back!

So I had to go to the doctor this morning, blood work, physical, etc.
It was because of what I saw on her scale back in December 2010 that I started this journey in the first place. What I saw today made me SMILE!
According to her scale, I started at 238 and today I weigh 222. I am putting in 224 since that's what the scale I normally use says but I am happy!
She was really happy too and asked what I was doing so I told her the Biggest Loser idea and she said that it is a good plan when you are not on the show (because they supposedly torture those people).
I was taken off my blood pressure medicine and she is checking my sugar and I will know in a few days if that's normal too.
(Pats self on back) Way to Go Jules! :)
