This week was rough!!! I son't know what came over me but I had absolutely no will power at all! I ate everything in sight and gave no care to consequences!!! I need to get back on the road to weight loss and stop this foolishness!

Another difficult week...I still went down but it was not easy....There is seriously a party or a holiday every week! I'm convinced that the world wants me to gain!!!! My will power is not strong at times but I am still trying and working out as well!!! We will see how next week goes....

Well the Super Bowl wasn't a good start to my weekend and had me pretty disappointed in myself! This week was just hard for me for some reason, I felt like I was really fighting with myself. I'm trying so hard to stay motivated but it's really hard sometimes! I didn't reach 175 but I will try for that number next week!

Well down again which makes me happy but I know it's just going to get harder which makes me nervous! I am finally back to the gym so that will help! Having my lil man keeps me at home and wanting to eat so this will at least get me off the couch and doing something! I hope to be down 2 more next week that will make me super happy! So that will be my mini goal of the week to make it to 175!
