I am trying to lose a few pounds and I started to exercise more and the scale is not moving. When I exercise more it seems like I eat more and snack more
I have high blood pressure and a family history of diabetes I stopped smoking after 25 years in January and I know that I can do this. I want to be able to jog becauserecently doing more exercise I found out that I like to jog We will see what happens
