I fell off the train yesterday big time. I did my workout, came home and was stupid hungry so I had some sausage and then a peanut butter sandwich. I also had a burger and fries for dinner and a bag of chips at work. I figure I was thirsty. Damn me. So today I am refocused and I am pushing my focus towards drinking water and logging everything.

Having a difficult time with motivation. My two searches on google this morning "How fat do you have to be for weight loss surgery?" and "isagenix". Looking for that quick fix cuz the motivation is zero.

Last nights moveball class incorporated some step aerobics. I made it through fairly well. Did have trouble with one move, but it was a balance thing. Now my goal is to add one more day of working out to my schedule. So perhaps Thursday night. The kid had two teeth break through on the weekend and last night he slept the entire night. Thank God!
