No longer tracking weight on the scale, as it has not impacted my mental health in any positive or constructive way especially with my gym regime. Using the app now to keep my nutrition on track and continue to get enough protein and fibre into my diet, because as a vegetarian these don’t always happen intuitively. I would highly recommend the same to everyone on this app, as the scale is not indicative of body composition or health! And as much as drops on the scale provide gratification, building long-lasting healthy habits will serve you much better.
