Cut back on cardio and more into weights now. I got really deep into the low fat thing tho, limiting even olive oil. Eating mainly chicken breast and steamed fish and veggies cooked with no fat. Torcher at times but actually get used to it. Also eating whole baked potatoes as is like just pick the thing up and bite it lol. Im a chef and I think you have to train or retrain your tastebuds.
