Up slightly but made the mistake of making some cayenne and cheese biscuits and they were yummy. Also went out for a meal with friends on Saturday tried to watch what I ate but it's hard to keep track of portion amounts. Will try harder this week.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on maintaining the weight once a goal has been reached? I have heard this is the hardest thing to do. I have lost 36.5kg and only want to lose another 2 kg before I get to the maintaining part.
