Had a strong pizza/snack craving before bed. Mentally "weighed" the options for a while (lots of treats sitting in the pantry unfortunately). Decided to eat tomato paste, a low calorie fruit bar, and seltzer water with lemon. An odd combination, but this satisfied the craving for about 60 calories. Waist is down to 28 inches so determination is renewed for this week. Only three pounds left to reach "healthy range bmi" standard.

Not sure what happened but lost 3 lbs since last weigh in. Was not logging lately so probably ate over goal. Have been great about exercising though, around 10 hours this week.

Past few days haven't been feeling well (so many people I know have been sick lately). Fortunately have maintained weight so will get back on the wagon shortly.
