SOS call. I lost 24kg so far and have 15kg to gaol weight. I had a painful personal setback 2 months ago threw me way way off course and I’m struggling to get back to my routine. The good thing is I know my emotional eating red flags and I avoid them by going forward walks but can’t shake off sweet coffee and I have insomnia. Got sleeping pills but with caution. I hate feeling so helpless. I
haven’t gained any weight but haven’t lost any as well. Any advice how to get back on that wagon?
