The apple day seems to have worked for now. Unbelievable that I lost like 4 lbs since yesterday. Most of it is due to water weight that I have been carry around. Yes, TOM is back on the scene. Since taking the drops, I have noticed my PMS is not severe. Actually, scary, this is the first time I can recall not going through the PMS roller coaster mood swings. Situations have occurred and I have remained extremely calm. Usually, I would have went into flip mode, and the coocoo lady would have surfaced. But so far, she has not shown herself. Yeepee Hurray!
