I suppose that this is going to be my first journal entry. Why not? Nothing else has worked.

I wanted a place to store my measurements online so this seems to be a logical place. Nothing in particularishere but here goes:

Weight 180
Neck - 13.5
Chest - 43.5
Upper arms - 12
Forearms - 10.5
Wrists - 7
Waist - 41
Hips - 51.75
Thighs - 29.5
Calves - 15.75

Oy yoy yoy! This is the largest that I have ever been in my life.

Now that I have it recorded. I need to look at it straight in the eye. Nothing is going to go away without my taking responsibility. I must take responsibility for my health.
