Virallisesti alle raskauden alkupainon. Mahtavaa. Keho toki ei näytä samalta vielä, koska ihon palautuminen kestää kauemmin. Keskivartalon iho siis on melkoista löllöä vielä ja vatsa ei ole muutenkaan yhtä litteä kuin aiemmin. Olen kyllä päässyt jo tanssitreenien makuun, se on kuntouttanut keskivartaloa pehmeästi ja epäsuorasti. Toki olen tehnyr kaikkia postpartum-harjoituksia jo synnäriltä alkaen. Erkaumaa ei ole, mutta jotkin keskivartalon osat eivät vieläkään ole normaalisti paikoillaan/toimintakykyisiä, joten rauhallisesti lisää kuntoutusjumppaa.
