So tomorrow is my very first 5k. It's a runamuck. It's basically a 5k with water obstacles, mud pits, wall climbs, etc. I'm not going to lie; I'm nervous. I'm not really looking to get a 'great' time. I just want to finish it and be able to say "I did it!"

Been doing pretty good with eating better. I only drink water now, and when I go out to restaurants I "cheat" and get an iced tea. Cutting out soda was THE hardest part about changing my eating habits. I eat five small portions a day and get to the gym at 4am every workday (alternate between 4day and 5day work weeks). Have been keeping this up for about 6weeks. But today....today I had a three egg double cheese omelet, two slices of white bread with cinnamon and sugar, and hash browns for lunch. I feel so bloated and gross which just proves that my body is getting use to the healthier eating. Now I know to not mistreat it again by adding all this bad stuff! Bad Jen! Lol
