Hallo ihr Lieben
Da ich mein Wunschgewicht erreicht habe versuche ich jetzt das Erreichte auch zu halten.😊
Ich habe allerdings immer weit unter meinem ETB gegessen was mir völlig gereicht hat und ich immer satt war.
Versuche jetzt schrittweise die kcal zu erhöhen.
Seit heute schreibe ich nicht mehr auf um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen wie viel ok ist und mit welchen Mahlzeiten/Einladungen Ich variieren kann.
Möchte mir ab und an auch wieder was gönnen, hab ich kaum gemacht.🙈
Mal sehen wie gut das klappt.
Wie habt ihr das "danach" gemacht?
