è normale mangiare tanto (1700-1800 calorie), non fare nulla dalla mattina alla sera e continuare a dimagrire comunque? 😵
vorrei mettere almeno 1 chilo e mezzo, perché sento che con lo sport e ginnastica che pratico, le mie energie non mi sono sufficienti purtroppo, ma non riesco ad ingrassare neanche mettendomici d'impegno :(
