I've been having belly issues for like 3 weeks and needless to say have fallen off the wagon. I was told my cholesterol has gone up as well. So, I see a nutritionist in 2 weeks. I really just need to not gain until I figure out how I'm gonna tweak the diet to lower my cholesterol. Oddly enough, I'm still losing weight. I have no idea how but I'm grateful for it.

This week was rough. I don't know how I ended up still losing. Granted I didn't even weigh in at all last week so the loss was just a smidgen. I have been having belly issues for like 2 weeks. This past week was my birthday week so on top of having belly issues I took a cheat week. PLUS, my medication has been increased and it makes me feel like crap. Needless to say, I'm back starting today. Eating yummy carbs was fun and all but I didn't feel in control. Not only did the diet go to pot but so did my housework, sleep and other self-help stuff I'm doing. It feels good to be back and in control again.

Still in the game! I have however consumed a ridiculous amount of calories today yet less than 20 net carbs. It's so crazy how that happens. I got a feeling a certain TOM is near. I made it through the last one I can make it through them all!
Update - apparently I wasn't done eating. I'm like a tornado over here!

I skipped a day to weigh in. My belly was having issues and I knew it would reflect poorly on the scale. Glad I did though! Loss was minimal but it's still loss and I'm still dedicated to it!

I struggled this week for sure but still watched the scale go down this morning. I took in too many calories for my liking on 2 days I believe and actually cheated last nite. I went to a baby shower and another party last nite and finally broke and had pasta, cake and potatoes. I guess I kind of knew I was going to and made peace with it in advance so I'm ok about it. I have been working really hard at this lifestyle change. Progress not perfection! Today is a new day. This is a new week and my will is still strong!
