I went to the Dr. yesterday. My weight is up, cholesterol is up and blood pressure is up. New huge life style change. Lo Fat lo salt eating and 1/2 hour walk at least once a day. No more fast food, junk food or sweets. In the words of Madea " Ohhhh help me Jesus, hep me, hep me Jesus!!!" Ideas anyone, I have no clue what I'm doing, searching on the web is just confusing me.. .
