Great morning so far. I feel like I have been eating too much food, I havent been hungry, I have to eat according to the time. Maybe it is a good thing. I am trying a new food today...Konjac zero calorie noodles with my homemade spaghetti sauce.

I am so tired! I really need to go to bed earlier. On the plus side, atkins is becoming easier to adapt to. I entered all my food for today and everything is where it should be. Now I just have to follow the plan for the day. And I need to drink more water!! :)

Day 9 - Feeling good! So happy with how I am doing with sticking to it. No temptations, even the kids eating chocolate and ice cream in front of me :)

Great first week! The weekends are the hardest for me but with Atkins it was easy to find something to eat while not at home. :)
