So this is the beginning of my third day on my new fitness plan. I cut my calorie intake down to 1900 and started eating healthier food choices. Salads for lunch everyday and whole wheat pasta should help me in my fight to get back down to my desired size. An LVAC membership is helping too. Now I just have to stay motivated and I will be great.
