Day 3 and I am having withdrawals and its not fun my head is hurting and I am so moody its not even funny. I can not to wait to get past this stage:(

I have been good today. I had a tiny piece of carrot cake but it was so small I dont think it should even count. I am very hungry but thats because I'm a pig. I hope I COULD PULL THROUGH!

Finally the Holidays are over. Now I could get back to eating healthy.

Ok loss 17 lbs but I see no change in my body. That can't be all water weight.
