Well im still here guys but honestley Ive been slack slack slack i need to get my butt into gear and start working hard at it hopefully soon. Im not gaining but im not loosing either.

Well I didn't stick to the diet today but I didnt go overboard with the carbs either. Its that womanly time for me again so Im a little bloated and its making it hard to eat a lot of the right foods right now , so i cant wait for this week to be over.

Well i caved yesterday and mcdonalds won. im so bad i didnt even think twice about eating it but afterwards as usuall i was "why the hell did I eat that " I had a Fillet of Fish 31carbs about 10 fries probley 10,000carbs lol and a third of a choc sundae and then i had the cheek to wash it all down with a diet coke. So here i am once again confessing that i went off the track and yet again I will get right back on track.Here i go again.
