ReSTART: Surprised that in so many months of not tracking anything that I have lost 1.4 lbs.
I think that indicates some lifestyle changes have occurred.
I changed my weight goal from 150 to 165 today. I am one week away from my 74th birthday and I am becoming conscious of facial wrinkles. Ready to focus on healthy range of body fat rather than scale numbers.

Can't wait to be able to go for long walks. Still in PT for bursitis. No matter what I eat (and I am eating healthfully) I can't lose at a reasonable pace without exercise.
My friends who can exercise I encourage you to DO IT. You will reap rewards!!!

Overcoming setback caused by bursitis & med change. Also reviewed what I was doing before when I was doing well, feeling well & losing. Decided to eliminate wheat again. Going thru sort of a detox period but the weight is starting to go in the right direction again.
Hoping the best to all my buddies. You can do it...& so can I
