It hard on the mind to keep straight that I haven't lost weight in the last two days. But I should take comfort that I am not gaining it back. I feel like I am 18 years old again, full of energy and light on my feet. My mind is clearer than it has been in a while. I guess the scale is only one factor.

Maintaining the weight loss, I guess the fasting did reset my BMR. Feeling good about that.

😄 I did it, 84 hour fast. Now doing a gentle refeeding.

4 hours to go in my 84 hour fast. Starting to think about refeeding foods, so I don't hurt my gut.
