Ugh!!! I've gained. Maybe I need to bite the bullet and go to a meeting. There have been a ton of stressors this past week, not that I should make excuses. I work at an office where food is brought in by pharmaceutical reps. at least 4 days out of the week. Don't get me wrong it's nice to have lunch provided with no expense to myself. It's just not the kind of food I should be eating. I really try portion control, however, I know I'm lacking in the fruits and vegetable categories. On the bright side...I have been exercising. I really appreciate all the support on this site.

Start out motivated in the morning and by noon well my thoughts have side tracked. So maybe attending a meeting would be a good idea. (I just to pay money to be told things I already truly know.) But I suppose weighing in front of someone can keep me from over doing. I love food. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs but I love to eat when I'm happy, sad, mad, and every other emotional state in between. I just need to stay focuse. I wish vegetables tasted like chocolate. I'm sure I wouldn't miss a serving then (lol).
Tomorrow is a new day. :)

1st day on this site for me.
I've had success with Weight Watchers in the past (about 9 yrs ago).
I have tried other diets and have failed. The W.W. POINTS plan is doable so I'm giving it another try.
